Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This page explains the personal information used when you browse AVERFELL or send us an enquiry.
Contact details
For questions about privacy or the information you have sent to us, please email amandeep@merchmix.co.
Information you provide
When you contact us or enquire about products, we receive the name, email address, phone number, message and any product selections you choose to share. Where you request purchase details, we also receive the delivery and, if different, billing address you provide. We use this information to answer your request and communicate about your enquiry.
How enquiries are delivered
Our contact and purchase-request forms use a server-side endpoint and an email delivery service to forward messages to our business inbox. We do not ask you for payment-card details through these forms.
Browser storage
To keep your selection available as you browse, the site stores shopping-bag and saved-item details locally in your browser. You can clear this information through your browser settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or object to certain uses. Write to the contact email above to make a request.
Policy updates
We may update this information when site features or service providers change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
